Payroll Officer

• Processing clients' monthly payroll and payments. 
  
• Assist in employers' registrations, enrolment of employees and processing of FSS documentation. 
  
• Assist in non EU registrations including work permit. 
  
• Handling payroll queries and processing maternity fund claims. 
  
• Posting, processing and issuing of invoices while also maintaining the hard and soft copy of the filing system. 
  
• Updating of accounts receivable while also assisting the chasing of debtors. 
  
• Updating accounts payable and processing reconciliations. 
  
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by management. 
  

Requirements

• Possess an A level standard of education in accounting. 
  
• Payroll experience is a must and accounting experience is considered an asset. 
  
• Knowledge of Indigo would be considered as an asset.
  
• Proficiency in the English language both verbal and written. 
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
