About the Role:

Extend’s Revenue Operations team provides critical support to a number of different core Revenue functions, such as Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Strategic Partnerships/BD, and Marketing. Extend is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support our post-sales teams (i.e. Merchant Onboarding, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering) to help them run efficiently and effectively. You’ll also get the opportunity to learn more about cross-functional teams by working with them, such as Sales, Operations, Analytics, Risk, Design, and Product.

You’ll be the glue that keeps different processes in the Customer Success organization together and will be instrumental in the success of your team members and ultimately Extend’s clients. If the org is aggressively optimizing the programs of our merchant while day-to-day operations run smoothly, we’re doing our job correctly.

We have a lot of the basics in place, but there’s so much room to grow. We’ll count on you to help identify pain points and opportunities for expansion and optimization.

What You'll Do:

  • Own dashboards, reporting, and metrics for team leads and executive teams.
  • Enable teams to fully maximize usage with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and project management tools like TaskRay.
  • Support the development of incentive compensation programs that drive specific behavior on the post-sales teams
  • Determine, build, and enforce best practices and internal processes.
  • Manage territories, provide insights to improve account prioritization, and guide team strategy & planning.
  • Be an invaluable, empathetic, and solutions-driven utility player for a scaling Revenue team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-6+ years Revenue Operations experience
  • Deep knowledge of tools in the Revenue stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform, Enablement, Project Management etc.
  • Excel and/or BI Tools expertise.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Process and detail-oriented, yet comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Someone who is willing and excited to wear many hats and is quick to learn.
  • Open-minded and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, and dynamic startup environment.

Very nice to have:

  • SQL, Python, ETL, any scripting experience.
