The Role

Description

Looking for a Solution Architect, Healthcare who will partner with customers, internal UKG team and 3rd parties to craft scalable, flexible and resilient software solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of UKG Solutions. They will serve as a trusted customer advocate, helping organizations understand best practices around system use, adoption, integration and customization (through API’s, integrations, reports, workflows etc.) for specific business processes and outcomes.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities Include
  • Preparation of analysis of business processes, including client interviews, current flow validation and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points
  • Customize, integrate and implement UKG systems in public clouds, and building web, mobile and report frontends using the latest toolsets
  • Providing technical strategy in implementing UKG applications to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product
  • Serving as primary support liaison between UKG and the customer, conveying customer feedback to product development staff to enhance innovation and support trends
  • Providing consultative and technical support to partner development teams through working on projects, mentorship and in-house education
  • Maintaining a high level of enterprise competence, coordinating development and assignments as well as identifying, capturing and sharing expertise
  • Providing both pre-sales and service support where domain or product expertise does not exist within the organization
  • Develop solution strategies for business specific needs
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent degree) in an appropriate discipline and at least 8 years of experience as a Software / Solution Consultant or Architect

Experience Must Include 5 Years Of
  • Proven experience in Healthcare industry in clinical, operational or software support
  • Experience in UKG solutions or similar alternative solutions
  • Expertise in a minimum of 3 of the following products:
  • WF Timekeeper, WF Scheduler, WF Leave Management, WF Analytics & Reporting
Required Skills Must Include
  • Solution architecture, development, and implementation experience
  • Strong Consulting Skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and visionary skills
  • Evaluation and investigation of issues and code defects across all levels of the application stack, from database to browser
  • Implementing project customizations & configurations and proposing software modification to adapt to business change
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to succeed and deliver
  • Ability and Willingness to mentor/coach
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate working with stakeholders in multiple time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
