An international financial services provider is looking to employ a Corporate Administrator to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Providing support to clients on corporate and trust administration matters while also drafting and preparing documentation. 
  • Be point of contact with Registrar of Companies and other authorities. 
  • Up keep of corporate and trust files as well as KYC and compliance. 
  • Dossier management together with electronic registration and administration of companies as well as clients. 
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships as well as driving business development from existing clients. 
  • Coordinating project for clients while also handling and processing payments for clients.
  • Handling, coordinating and strike offs of companies. 
  • Upkeep and updating of changes in legislation or regulations. 
  • Administrative tasks and KYC/ compliance duties in relation to corporate services. 
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by management. 


Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Possess a Degree level of Education in Legal or Business Administration. 
  • Previous experience in KYC/ AML would be considered an asset. 
  • Proficiency in the English language both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. 
  • Work well in a team as well as individually. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
