  • Uphold a positive mindset: being an optimistic presence in the workplace can help others gravitate towards you when looking for support and inspiration. The way you handle your work and the attitude you apply to general work tasks can mean a lot when it comes to team motivation.

Overall, making a positive impact in your on-site or remote job can help you build leadership skills that can prove rewarding as you advance in your career. Show others that you are keen to take on certain projects and take on similar opportunities. Grow your skills by asking for feedback from peers or managers, who can also help you identify your strengths and weaknesses.
