I don’t have a Tech or Finance background. Can I still register?

 

Yes, you can still register on our platform. However, you might not find jobs that are relevant to your background if you don’t have Tech or Finance experience.

Do you provide work visas or permits?

 

No, we don’t provide work visas or permits. If you need these, we can direct you to the relevant resources, depending on your situation.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

 

If you’re having issues accessing your account, please reset your password and follow the instructions. Then, check your email and verify your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find our emails in your inbox.

 

I cannot upload my CV during registration. What should I do?

 

If you’re having issues uploading your CV during the registration process, please contact brand@castillians.com explaining your experience, and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Alternatively, you can upload your CV on your profile dashboard under “My CVs” by clicking or tapping “Upload CV”. This can only be done once you have successfully registered on our platform.

Please make sure that when you’re uploading your CV on our platform, the file size does not exceed 15 MB. We only accept PDF or Microsoft Word files.

 

What’s the difference between job seniority levels?

 

At Castille, we categorise between four job seniority levels, indicating the number of years someone has in work experience. These are Junior (0-2 years of work experience), Intermediate (3-5 years), Senior (6-10 years), and Expert (10+ years).

 

What’s the difference between Castille Senior Search, Castille Labs, and Castille Digital?

 

Castille offers three core products: Castille Senior Search, Castille Labs, and Castille Digital. Castille Senior Search focuses on hiring on-site, hybrid, or remote intermediate and senior technical, finance, and lead positions. Our specialist consultants will guide you according to your career preferences and specific requirements.

Castille Labs scales capacity engineering and accounting teams that are fully remote across numerous geographical regions, with a special focus on skills. With Labs, we’ll help you access the top 20% of software talent within 24 hours, risk-free. 

Castille Digital is an advertising product that includes all other technical and financial jobs, directing relevant traffic to an employer’s career pages. Our team will help deliver and support you in building your own talent network.
